Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Prices and Taxes

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. GST and other applicable levies shall be charged as per prevailing laws.

2. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due within 10 days from the date of invoice.

• Delayed payments will attract interest at 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

• SuperFirst Chemicals reserves the right to withhold further deliveries in case of overdue accounts.

3. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delays due to transportation issues, third-party delays, or force majeure events.

4. Title and Risk

Title of goods passes to the buyer only upon receipt of full payment. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the buyer or their authorized representative.

5. Inspection and Claims

Goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Claims for shortage, damage, or defects must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt. No claims will be entertained thereafter.

6. Warranty

Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects. Our liability is limited to the replacement or credit of defective goods. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided unless explicitly stated.

7. Storage Conditions

All products, especially epoxy resins and hardeners, must be stored:

• In original, tightly sealed containers

• In a cool, dry, well-ventilated area

• Away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture

• At temperatures between 15°C to 30°C

Failure to follow these storage instructions may affect product quality and void any warranty claims.

8. Returns & Cancellations

No goods will be accepted for return without prior written approval. Authorized returns must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery. Cancellation of confirmed orders is subject to approval and applicable charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in fulfilling obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or logistics disruptions.

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.

12. Intellectual Property

All brand names, trademarks, and product labels are the intellectual property of SuperFirst Chemicals India Pvt Ltd and may not be used without written consent.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
